Final Thoughts: It's a great and durable track tyre. It has a large window as for as temperature goes. It does need additional camber, a slightly stiffer rear end roll bar, and rear end toe-in to work the best as all street cars are set up with conservative camber, roll bars and rear end toe-in, to provide under-steer. If you set the car up for tracking and neutral to slight over-steer, this tyre will reward you many times over.

Recommended: Yes, it is my favorite track day tire.
Final Thoughts: Not a street legal tire, but very attractive on the used market from an economics standpoint. Not a beginner's tire. Requires proper warm-up to get tread up to temperature. Getting stuck behind slower traffic will cause temperature to fall-off and the next braking zone or corner can be a surprise due to lack of grip. Very little audible communication, but feel is terrific. DH (hard) compound can be difficult to get up to operating temperature in cool weather or in damp conditions. Don't bother if it's wet. Ultimate grip falls off after first few heat cycles, thus the reason racing teams ditch them, but for DE, the grip level is consistent for gnerall another 8 to 12 heat cycles. Tread has lasted me up to 20 heat cycles with slowly declining performance.
